Saturday morning Elkhorn bank robbers show gun, flee with cash

Two Saturday morning Elkhorn area bank robbers made off with cash from Pinnacle Bank.


At 9:18 a.m. Omaha Police officers responded to a report of a robbery at Pinnacle Bank, 20320 Veterans Drive. Witnesses stated two males, one armed with a handgun, entered the bank and demanded money.

The bandits received an undetermined amount of cash and vanished after fleeing in a dark colored sedan that fled eastbound on Veterans Drive.

The suspects are described as:

  • A black male wearing a brown winter hat, blue dress coat, black dress pants, brown shoes, who was armed with a silver handgun and wearing gloves
  • A white or Hispanic male wearing a dark colored dress coat, baseball cap, scarf, and gloves
